The Routech Record 110 AL is a compact and flexible machine center ideal for custom and mass production. The machine base and mobile gantry are electro-welded and ribbed steel structures that ensure the rigidity and precision of this CNC Router. It is available in 3 axes or 5 axes with 12HP or 15HP, and a 24,000rpm electro-spindle with drilling unit configured with 12 vertical and 6 horizontal spindles. The aluminum table, made of extruded aluminum, provides a multi-purpose surface to fixture components by using vacuum, pneumatics or mechanical devices.
