The INSERT R D is a doubled sided drill, glue and dowel machine for rails. The machine is equipped with 3 stations: -1st Horizontal drilling -2nd Vertical drilling (Optional) -3rd Glue and Dowel inserting unit The machine is equipped with an input hopper able to hold up to 10-15 pieces. Piece transportation with precision notched belts, inverter drive for speed control, and positive end stop references. Pushers on belts are spring loaded. The production of the machine is 8 - 10 pieces per minutes depending on the boring required and the part characteristics.
