The DW 3200 Horizontal Bore, Glue, and Dowel machine is a CNC machine to route hinge and lockset holes, drill, glue and insert dowels in Stiles and Rails. The machine can drill, profile, route for lockset and hinge pocket as well as drill, glue and insert ¾” x 4” dowels for rails. The machine is equipped with four (4) heavy duty clamps for the STILES and TWO (2) Double Clamps for the RAILS. It can be equipped with optional extendable support table for long rails up to 48” in overall length and has an area for Stiles up to 126” in overall length. The OMAL “SURE SHOT” revolver system guarantees a dowel is inserted every time! User friendly software (similar to Genesis Evolution used by Busellato Jet CNC machines) makes the machine extremely versatile. The machine is equipped with a Pentium III PC interface used for writing and storing programs. Programs can be written parametrically, can include IF/THEN statements, and are generated using graphical icons (drill, glue, dowel check boxes).
