The DW 800 Horizontal Bore, Glue, and Dowel machine is a CNC machine to drill, glue and insert BIG dowels in rails for entry doors.The machine is equipped with a single drill, glue and dowel insertion unit, heavy duty clamps, 4 load zones, and high pressure glue injection system. The OMAL Glue design insures a no-drip glue delivery system with electronic precision metering of the glue amount. Heavy duty dowel vibrator feeding the dowel insertion revolver which holds a dowel while a dowel is inserted plus checks via fiber optic sensor to see if next dowel is present to prevent misfeeds. The OMAL “SURE SHOT” revolver system guarantees a dowel is inserted every time! The user friendly software (similar to Genesis Evolution used by Busellato Jet CNC machines) makes the machine extremely versatile. The machine is equipped with a Pentium III PC interface used for writing and storing programs. Programs can be written parametrically, can include IF/THEN statements, and are generated using graphical icons (drill, glue, dowel check boxes). The selection of the offset of tools for inserting and for operations on different left and right hand references is automatic
